Products & Freshness

How long do your juices stay fresh?

Our products can last in the fridge from 5-7 days. This time frame will vary based on if the juices remain frozen or are completely thawed out. Our products can last in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Are your juices really 100% organic?

Yes, absolutely. Every single ingredient in our juices is certified organic. We partner directly with trusted organic farms and verify all certifications. We believe that organic isn’t just a label—it’s a commitment to purity and your health.

What is cold-pressed juice and why is it better?

Cold-pressed juices are made without generating heat. This method preserves the living enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that are destroyed by traditional centrifugal juicers. The result is a more nutritious, flavorful juice with up to 5x more nutrients than conventionally made juices.

Do your juices contain any preservatives or additives?

Never. We use absolutely zero preservatives, additives, sweeteners, or artificial ingredients. What you see on the ingredient list is exactly what’s in the bottle—pure organic fruits and vegetables, nothing more.

Can I freeze your juices?

While we recommend drinking our juices fresh for the best nutritional benefit, you can freeze them for up to 6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and shake well before drinking. Note that some separation is natural after thawing.

Ordering & Delivery

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There’s no minimum order required. However, orders over $100 may qualify for free delivery. For orders under $50, a small delivery fee applies to help cover our sustainable, temperature-controlled delivery service.

Can I pick up my order instead?

At this time, we only offer shipping services.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

We’ll leave your order in a safe, shaded spot if you’ve authorized it. Our insulated packaging keeps juices cold for several hours. You can also provide specific delivery instructions at checkout.

Health & Nutrition

Can I do a juice cleanse with your products?

Many of our customers use our juices for cleansing programs. We recommend starting with 1-3 days and choosing a variety of our juices. Holy Green and Gene Jah are particularly popular for detox programs. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a cleanse.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! All of our juices are 100% plant-based, vegan, and naturally gluten-free. We never use any animal products, dairy, or wheat-derived ingredients.

Which juice should I start with?

If you’re new to Royal Organic, we recommend starting with Golden I or Berry Alive-both are delicious, approachable, and packed with benefits. For those who love greens, Holy Green is a perfect introduction to a great green juice. If you’re a tropical fruit lover and enjoy the benefits of seamoss, try our M2, Peaches & Beaches, or ManGold.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will treat each customer inquiry, uniquely, as it is received. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products , returns cannot be accepted.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards, but they are coming soon!
